To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 7 days. The product is in its original packaging. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FlavorShoes .

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All Domestic shipping within the United States is free. Unfortunately we are unable to extend our free shipping offer to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands at this time, as international shipping charges will apply. (Please see our policy for international shipping below) Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are included in transit times and may delay or increase transit time. We do not process or ship orders on holidays. Be aware that additional processing and delivery time will be needed if your order is placed during that time. Orders may not be delivered on holidays. All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS, and are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business day after your order is processed. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Flavorshoes.com ships to addresses within the continental U.S, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). A signature may be required at the time of delivery. Someone over the age of 18 must be available to sign for delivery, if a signature is required. A $15 return shipment fee will be charged to your account if your package is returned to our facility due to non-delivery. Severe weather conditions may delay shipments and delivery. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are significant delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
